Pedro's Journey is an offline turn-based RPG where you travel to different historical sites of Cebu Province to prevent the mysterious evil forces from altering the history.
Story Mode Plot:
The story of Pedro’s Journey starts off with your self-named main character (MC) and his 2 friends near the end of the National Youth Day events with all the participants gathered around in one place as the NYD organizer is wrapping up the event with a speech.
Before the event was even able to wrap up, portals appeared around the venue and shadow-like monsters appeared from the portals and started killing the participants. As the MC and his friends tried to escape the situation, they were eventually cornered by the shadows and his 2 friends had their souls taken away by the shadows.
Extras:
This game also contains three mini-games to choose from: Quotation Exam, Memory Match, and Bamboozle
Quotation Exam - Guess which historical figure said a given quote.
Memory Match - Find pairs of historical figures within the set time limit.
Bamboozle - Fill the crossword puzzle with the given letters.
Required Permissions:
Camera - allows the game to open the device camera to scan the QR needed for the "Story Mode."
This game is developed as a capstone project from BS Information Technology students from University of San Carlos.
